Panels:

Foam panels are encased in steel and finished with powder- coated paints.   R-value polystyrene cores do not degrade over time and are the highest rated R-value panels on the market.  Panels are made with some recycled content and custom made to order so there is little waste on the job site.

Steel Framing:

All homes are encased in steel framing.  The strength and durability of a steel framed house makes it resistant to fire, water and insect damage. The structure of steel also stays “true” and holds its shape eliminating any bowing, warping or twisting.  It also makes for a level surface for drywall.

Main Beam:

All home kits are engineered with a main beam in the main kitchen/living area. The main beam will be primed and painted to match your interior wall color.

Slab on Grade:

Slab-on-grade foundations are a structural engineering practice whereby the concrete slab that is to serve as the foundation for the structure is formed from a mold set into the ground. The concrete is then placed into the mold, leaving no space between the ground and the structure.
