The one car garage with the casita option includes a sleeping/living area with optional bunk upgrade, a shower, toilet, and a single vanity. All garages come with a spruce cladding exterior. All garages are priced with slab-on-grade foundations. Note that concrete for the poured floors is not included in this price and will be sourced locally through your contractor.
